The Innerdalen valley and the summit of the Innerdal tower  (1452 moh) Climb the classic tower of Innerdalen, 1.452 meters above sea level! Innerdalstårnet,is a majestetic mountain in Innerdalen. The Innerdalen, is a valley famous for being one of the most beautiful valleys in Norway. We will meet at the parking area in Nerdalen, and hike slowly to the Summer farm Renndølssetra, approx 1 hour. (or we can meet at Renndølssetra or Innerdalshytta). From there we will hike to the lake; Giklingvatnet, before we start the last climb to the summit. The tour is exposed, but you do not need any cimbing experience.

The Romsdalsstigen Intro wall route is the perfect introduction to Via Ferrata climbing, where you move out of the comfort zone into a more stimulating and memorable experience. The climb takes  3-4 hrs return, and does not require any previous climbing experience. You will be guided by professionals and secured to the mountain by cable throughout. Minimum age: 12 yrs/40 kg. Meet at the reception of the Norwegian Mountaineering Centre (Norsk Tindesenter) in Åndalsnes.  All technical equipment is provided.  Enjoy your climb!   ROUTE MAP - The Introwall is the yellow route on this map.    BE PREPARED:  We`ll be up on a mountain, here is what you should bring:  Small backpack Lunch and lots to drink Wind and weatherproof pants and jacket Mid-layers according to weather Buff or hat Protective gloves (can be bought at the mountaineering centre) Camera (straps required!) The Romsdalsstigen West wall route is a real challenge. This is the trip if you seek excitement, like to challenge yourself, have a physical condition above the average and are comfortable with climbing in steep terrain.The climb takes you to the top of Nesaksla, where you get a magnificent view of the Romsdalen valley. The climb is more exposed, vertical and thrilling, as well as including an airy bridge crossing. The West wall route takes 5-6 hrs return, and is a fully professional guided ascent secured to the mountain by cable always. Minimum age: 16 yrs/40 kg. Experienced via ferrata climbers may climb Romsdalsstigen Via Ferrata on their own.  Via ferrata kits are compulsary, and can be rented at the Norwegian Mountaineering Centre.  The gear must be returned no later than 6 p.m. the same day.
